Promotion refunds
Effective date: 24 October 2026
If a defect in the Nomaroma website affects your paid promotion, we’re here to help.
This policy covers Featured listings, Bump listings and Featured seller pages purchased from Nomaroma. It does not cover payments for items bought from other users.
Our seven-day site-defect promise
Contact us within seven days of purchase if a defect in the Nomaroma website affects your promotion. For example, your promotion may not have started or appeared as described because of a site error.
We’ll check what happened. Only if we confirm that a defect in the Nomaroma website affected the promotion you paid for, we’ll refund the full amount paid for that promotion, even if it has already started.
What this promise covers
Our seven-day promise applies only to a confirmed defect in the Nomaroma website that affects your paid promotion. It does not cover a change of mind or an item not selling. Promotions help you reach nearby buyers, but can’t guarantee a sale.
This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
- Use our contact form within seven days of purchase.
- Include your order number and tell us which promotion was affected.
- Briefly explain what went wrong and when you noticed it.
We’ll review your request and let you know the outcome. You don’t need to send your card details.
What happens next
When the refund is successfully processed, the refunded promotion will end. Your listings and any other promotions will stay as they are.
We’ll refund the amount you paid to your original payment method, in your original payment currency. We won’t recalculate it using a new exchange rate. Your bank or payment provider may take a little time to show the refund.
Your consumer rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law, including any right to cancel and any remedies if a service is faulty or not provided as agreed.
The seven-day reporting window applies only to our site-defect promise. It does not shorten or remove your statutory rights, which may apply after those seven days.
